My Story
My name is Anna and I currently live in Taupo NZ where I grew up. Growing up every day on a farm, being physical was a part of my everyday life. I grew up competitively riding horses which set me up running every day from a young age to keep competitive. I had a bad fall at 18 which put a halt on my riding and put a big pause on my ability to achieve my training goals. From here I joined a gym and worked on my strength training to rehabilitate my back injury
This created a whole new flair and drive. I trained for 5 years in Muay Thai, fighting and traveling overseas to train further. After coming back to NZ, I very quickly realized my passion was to always be in the gym, training myself and others.
I then decided to become a qualified personal trainer and change my career path. I now have been working as a qualified PT for 2 years, and have worked my way up to buying into the gym I work out of.
I created these programs using a blend of my own personal training and the need of different clients over the years. Each program is tailored to a different need, to help you reach your specific goals.
My goal is to share my experiences and knowledge with more people, in an accessible and cost-effective way to help my clients find their own spark and passion for the gym as I did.
